Scott Johnson

Scott is an energetic, dynamic, proven executive leader who understands the challenges of leading teams to tackle tough challenges and deliver superior meaningful results in high-tempo, performance-based environments.

Over his 27-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, Scott enjoyed many leadership roles including operations, engineering, national program management and leading a workforce of 25,000 personnel. He also worked with dozens of C-level and other executives from numerous maritime companies across the world to bridge complex technical and regulatory challenges.

Scott has a deep sense of serving others and has always been passionate about leading with character to inspire other leaders to accomplish meaningful goals and grow professionally. He carries that same passion into his leadership executive coaching career and he would love to be a part of your professional journey and success.

Scott's Master of Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Certification is complemented by a Master's in Mechanical Engineering.

When not coaching Scott enjoys volunteering in his church and with missions abroad, hiking and spending quality time with his wife and five children.
